Our Delivery Information

We know how important fast and safe delivery is to you, so we ensure that all our signs, products, gifts are delivered in the shortest time possible!

We use Royal Mail 95% of the time as its more suited for you the customer, depending on order value of course.
All orders are shipped using 1st Class Royal Mail whether its Small Letter to Large Parcels usual delivery times are 2 to 3 workings this covers creation of product and postal.
Please note Royal Mail advise that delivery to some remote areas of the UK, such as Northern Scotland and outlying islands may take longer than stated.
 
ROYAL MAIL TRACKED EXPLAINED

We will only use this service should it be agreed with the client or order value exceeds the value of £20.00

On the morning of the day Royal Mail are due to attempt delivery, you will also receive an email & text (if you have provided this to us) to let you know. You will then receive an email/text when your parcel has been delivered. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver, a calling card will be left at your address with next steps to arrange collection, or you can visit the Royal Mail link to arrange re-delivery or delivery to a local post office.

Please note: Royal Mail Tracked services are only offered on parcel sized orders. 

SENDING YOUR PRODUCTS DIRECTLY?
We do not include invoices in our packages, so you can send your sign or product directly to the recipient.
DELIVERY COSTS
We dont charge Postage its FREE to UK Mainland Only, Fees will only apply to International Postage, which will provide on Request by emailing sales@rosemartsigns.com
 
RETURNS
As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. This offer excludes personalised items.
 
If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund including postage and packing, or an exchange.
